TL;DR

Research Administrator: Supporting the delivery of digital assessment trials by managing customer engagement and system administration with an accent on stakeholder coordination and process efficiency. Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Manchester or Guildford office at least 2 days per week.

Salary: £24,600 – £27,000 per year (depending on location).

What you will do

  • Manage customer engagement and onboarding for schools and colleges participating in assessment trials.
  • Administer on-screen assessment systems and configure digital tools for trial delivery.
  • Organize and distribute research documentation, including consent forms and surveys.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure trials run smoothly and results are delivered effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve research processes and quality of outcomes.
  • Support the recruitment and retention of trialling centres throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK and able to commute to Manchester or Guildford office.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in customer engagement or research administration.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Teams or Zoom and online management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Awareness of project management processes and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
