What you will do
- Manage and maintain lead lists, account records, and contact data within HubSpot CRM.
- Support outbound sales campaigns using HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate and confirm meetings with enterprise decision-makers and executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and update deal stages and follow-up activities.
- Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and suggest operational improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance, including engagement metrics and reply rates.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in SDR, lead generation, outbound sales, or sales support roles.
- Strong experience using HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with Instantly, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Professional communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
- Ability to work within US Eastern Time (ET).
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, robotics, hospitality, aviation, or enterprise sales.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Notion, Slack, N8N, or Google Workspace.
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for sales personalization.
- Experience with account-based sales (ABS) or enterprise outbound prospecting.
