What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling (400+ calls per week) while maintaining quality conversations.
  • Manage outreach email campaigns and consistent follow-ups.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Act as a product expert and helpful resource for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or as an SDR.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and email prospecting.
  • Experience with CRMs and sales engagement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be based in Mexico or LATAM.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in healthcare or EdTech sectors.
