Project Manager - Pensions

Location: Birmingham city centre office with a hybrid workstyle; other locations may be considered

What you will do

• Deliver transformation workstreams on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including setup, planning, reporting, controls, stakeholder coordination, and closure.
• Coordinate business and vendor tasks, weekly deliverables, and multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Run daily stand-ups, identify blockers, and take ownership of resolving issues.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans in JIRA, tracking milestones, scope, deliverables, risks, and mitigations.
• Improve hirify.global’s project management framework by sharing best practices and strengthening documented processes.

Requirements

• Essential experience in project management within Pensions Administration.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
• Experience managing stakeholders, third parties, risks, issues, budgets, and project controls.
• Ability to deliver multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience working in and understanding UK Pensions is desirable.
