Project Manager

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom; hirify.global is currently unable to hire in Northern Ireland. The role follows a remote-first model with occasional in-person events, usually no more than a few times a year.

Salary: £36,400–£54,600 base salary per year, plus eligibility for a 10% annual corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and manage implementation projects across multiple geographic locations.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Communicate project progress and provide accurate, comprehensive project management information.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own mitigation plans, ensure their execution, and escalate when appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement, contribute to the project management community, and share best practices.

Requirements

• Strong project delivery and process improvement experience.
• Solid change management experience and a track record of delivering projects in a global organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, review, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently as well as collaboratively.
• Degree-level education and formal project management training are preferred.
