What you will do

• Coordinate modernization demand by translating consult-led inputs into clear requirements.
• Act as a primary interface between Global Modernization and Consult teams to shape solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies with strategic partners, including joint initiatives and roadmap planning.
• Support opportunity development and pipeline tracking to ensure alignment across delivery teams.
• Improve visibility and cross-functional coordination to enable a scalable modernization pipeline.
• Travel globally up to 25% as required by the role.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in modernization, consulting, alliances, or transformation roles.
• Working knowledge of application, platform, and infrastructure modernization concepts.
• Experience operating in matrixed, global environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inputs, priorities, and dependencies effectively.

Nice to have

• Exposure to strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem-led GTM motions.
• Experience supporting opportunity shaping or deal support activities.
• Familiarity with hyperscalers, ISVs, or delivery partners in modernization contexts.
• Experience working with Consulting, Sales, and Delivery teams in transformation programs.
