What you will do

• Advise healthcare organizations on strategy development, organizational transformation, transaction advisory, and physician alignment.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic opportunities.
• Analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify opportunities and support executive decision-making.
• Conduct strategic assessments, market analyses, feasibility studies, and transaction-related due diligence.
• Translate complex quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear, executive-level presentations and reports.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through participation in executive meetings, workshops, and site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, management consulting, transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate strategy, or FP&A.
• Proven experience developing financial models and applying quantitative analysis to business opportunities.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating with executive stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups, or private equity firms.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement, provider operations, or physician compensation.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional designation.
• Experience in a client-facing professional services environment.
