What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of services projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, including engineering teams and partners, to execute delivery plans.
• Drive customer-facing project governance, including progress reviews and risk management.
• Manage project communications and provide visibility of status, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Monitor delivery performance against financial targets and support revenue recognition.
• Contribute to presales and delivery decisions balancing technical feasibility and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to travel to London or Belfast offices 2–3 days per week.
• 3+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, or service coordination.
• Proven application of project management practices across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies for complex projects.
• Ability to coordinate resources across matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience operating across time zones and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Background in optical transport or networking environments (DWDM, L0/L1).
• Exposure to network lifecycle activities such as design, deployment, and migration.
• Experience contributing to presales activities or bid management.
• Familiarity with commercial margin management and financial performance tracking.
