Project Manager (Data Centres)

Project Manager (Data Centres): Working in a team to ensure successful delivery of Data Centre projects across design, tender, and construction stages with an accent on contract administration, change control processes, and testing/commissioning. Location: London based (Hybrid working with time on project sites), supporting projects in and around London and across Europe.

What you will do

• Work in a team to deliver Data Centre projects including new build, fitout, refurbishment, and capacity upgrades.
• Handle contract administration and implement change control processes.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning prior to handover.
• Develop marketing materials, capability statements, and support networking events.
• Assist in creating fee proposals, RFP responses, and building pipeline of opportunities.
• Ensure value for money, comply with procurement strategies, and adhere to EHSQ standards.

Requirements

• London based with hybrid working and site visits; projects in London and Europe.
• Proven Data Centre experience managing projects across design, tender, and construction stages as consultant or client-side PM.
• Technical understanding of project delivery from inception to post-completion.
• Professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM ChPP) or studying towards; construction-related degree.
• Client-focused, proactive team player committed to service excellence and commercial results.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale Data Centre projects.
• Wide-ranging technical delivery experience in consultancy.
