What you will do

• Review trial protocols to develop efficient, low-risk clinical supply and demand strategies.
• Forecast, monitor, and report inventory levels at depots and sites to prevent shortages or overages.
• Coordinate global shipments with internal teams and local vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage projects from startup to close-out, including expanded access and post-approval programs.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Regulatory, Logistics, and Quality teams to align supply chains with study timelines.
• Maintain CTMS and eTMF systems and conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (health or science field preferred).
• Experience with clinical trial supply chain management, forecasting, and logistics.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements for clinical trial materials.
• Proficiency with randomization and trial management systems.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for business meetings and industry events.
