What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end onboarding implementation projects for enterprise clients in gaming, eCommerce, and Forex verticals.
  • Act as the primary client contact to manage expectations, alignment, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technical implementations, including data onboarding and integrations.
  • Translate client goals and requirements into structured project plans, milestones, and priorities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple parallel onboarding projects while maintaining high quality and momentum.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Technical Project Manager within a SaaS environment.
  • Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese proficiency.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills for engaging stakeholders and executive audiences.
  • Technical orientation to discuss data flows, integrations, and system behavior from functional and technical perspectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA), preferably in a technology-related field like CS or Information Systems.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
