What you will do

• Guide luxury real estate agents through the design and build-out of their professional websites.
• Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador during the first 4-8 weeks of the client journey.
• Translate client business goals and brand vision into actionable steps for internal production teams.
• Manage project timelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality website products.
• Identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions to ensure a white-glove client experience.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, creative operations, or media agency execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate client calls and manage projects in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical complexities and setting client expectations.
• High attention to detail and a passion for high-end design quality.
• Must be based in the United States.
