Implementation Manager (HR Tech)

TL;DR

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects as the main point of contact from point of sale through to deployment.
• Gather system requirements and business objectives to configure the platform according to best practices.
• Identify and analyze project risks and dependencies on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS Engineers, Product, and Account teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and escalate at-risk deadlines to management.
• Analyze operational data to scale and improve internal workstreams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or CSM.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for planning, communication, and data analysis.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Must be based in the New York Metro Area.

• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
