TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and quarterly enablement events, including venue sourcing and speaker coordination.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user accounts, enrollments, and certification tracking.
  • Maintain the Knowledge Management System in Confluence to ensure content is up-to-date and brand-consistent.
  • Coordinate budgets, vendor contracts, and approval workflows in collaboration with Finance and Leadership.
  • Generate engagement and participation reports to provide actionable insights for the enablement team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operational enablement, or event coordination.
  • Proven track record of coordinating large-scale internal or external events with 100+ participants.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and vendors.
  • Must be based in Spain or Portugal.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Confluence, Notion, Sana, or similar LMS/KM tools.
  • Proficiency in budget tracking and financial approval workflows.
  • Experience using GenAI productivity tools to streamline operations.
  • Exposure to large, distributed international sales teams.
