What you will do
- Lead end-to-end logistics for the annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) and quarterly enablement events, including venue sourcing and speaker coordination.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user accounts, enrollments, and certification tracking.
- Maintain the Knowledge Management System in Confluence to ensure content is up-to-date and brand-consistent.
- Coordinate budgets, vendor contracts, and approval workflows in collaboration with Finance and Leadership.
- Generate engagement and participation reports to provide actionable insights for the enablement team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operational enablement, or event coordination.
- Proven track record of coordinating large-scale internal or external events with 100+ participants.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and vendors.
- Must be based in Spain or Portugal.
Nice to have
- Experience with Confluence, Notion, Sana, or similar LMS/KM tools.
- Proficiency in budget tracking and financial approval workflows.
- Experience using GenAI productivity tools to streamline operations.
- Exposure to large, distributed international sales teams.
