What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding phase.
• Manage execution of implementation plans and coordinate activities across internal and external teams.
• Lead weekly customer syncs to review progress, surface risks, and align on next steps.
• Ensure technical completion of onboarding projects, including metrics tracking and use case deployment.
• Facilitate smooth transitions to Account Managers upon project completion.
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in a client-facing project management or implementation role.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-month implementation projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong risk management and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital marketing solutions (mobile, email, SMS, web analytics) or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish.
