What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the onboarding phase.
- Manage execution of implementation plans and coordinate activities across internal and external teams.
- Lead weekly customer syncs to review progress, surface risks, and align on next steps.
- Ensure technical completion of onboarding projects, including metrics tracking and use case deployment.
- Facilitate smooth transitions to Account Managers upon project completion.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience in a client-facing project management or implementation role.
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-month implementation projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Fluency in English required.
- Strong risk management and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital marketing solutions (mobile, email, SMS, web analytics) or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish.
