What you will do

• Deliver a portfolio of customer projects across various products and industries.
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from kick-off through launch and enablement.
• Own project scoping, alignment, and governance to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and handle escalations to maintain delivery timelines.
• Lead customer conversations and workshops, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical setup and implementation in partnership with internal specialists.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or SaaS implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering implementation-heavy projects in client-facing environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Technological curiosity and ability to collaborate with technical experts on system integrations.
• Strong business acumen and focus on delivering customer value.
