Partner Success Manager

TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (SaaS/HR Tech): Driving growth and satisfaction for a tiered ecosystem of certified partners with an accent on product adoption and performance outcomes. Location: Remote within the United States or hybrid in Westwood, MA

Salary: $160,000 - 180,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Conduct tiered business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute tiered partner success plans with specific enablement milestones.
• Proactively monitor partner health metrics to identify at-risk partners and implement interventions.
• Act as an internal advocate for partners across all tiers to remove barriers to success.
• Ensure partner compliance with tier agreements and program requirements.
• Promote PI assessments and software to drive partner investment in expanding their practice.

Requirements

• Experience in partner success, channel management, or account management.
• Proven track record of driving growth and satisfaction across tiered programs.
• Proficiency with SaaS platforms, partner portals, CRM, or AI tools.
• Consultative approach to relationship-building and developing long-term strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively without direct supervision.
• Must be based in the United States.
