What you will do

• Define and enforce a standardized financial framework and KPI definitions across all grocery subsidiaries.
• Build and maintain path-to-profitability models, including store maturity curves and expansion scenarios.
• Lead quarterly rolling reforecasts and track performance against budget with early warning escalations.
• Automate consolidated financial data flows and transition from manual spreadsheets to system-based reporting.
• Provide investor-quality narratives for board and IPO workstreams, including unit economics and growth stories.
• Commercially challenge senior stakeholders on growth assumptions and investment cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Fluent English required; Russian, Spanish, or Urdu are a plus.
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build driver-based models from scratch.
• Experience in multi-entity consolidation and knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP.
• Proven ability to challenge Director-level stakeholders and present data-backed recommendations.
• Experience in audit coordination and financial governance.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with darkstore/grocery/retail economics.
• Big 4 advisory background or CIMA/ACCA qualification.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Tableau.
• People management experience.
