What you will do

• Direct the acquisition of new-to-bank high-net-worth clients to meet departmental profitability targets.
• Manage day-to-day banking services and resolve client issues to exceed service expectations.
• Analyze client feedback to identify and develop new product solutions for wealth management.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal specialists.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies to mitigate credit, legal, and reputational risks.
• Apply bank service standards to deliver consistent and high-quality customer interactions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a commercial or universal bank in a client-facing relationship management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Associate Wealth Manager Programme (AWM) certification.
• Proven skills in client service, acquisition, and stakeholder networking.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to use fact-based analysis to support new concepts and ideas.
