What you will do

• Partner with Coverage teams to originate and execute bespoke corporate, leveraged, and project financings.
• Define commercial terms, security packages, and distribution strategies for complex transactions.
• Manage internal credit processes, including credit memos, risk engagement, and policy governance.
• Lead negotiations with clients, sponsors, and legal counsel through to funding.
• Collaborate with the Loan Syndicate team to develop lender presentations and information memoranda.
• Lead deal teams and mentor junior bankers to ensure high-quality financial modeling and pitch materials.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in structured finance or investment banking with a focus on credit analysis.
• Proven track record in originating and executing complex financial transactions.
• High proficiency in financial modeling, credit assessment, and documentation mechanics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external counterparties.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to run mandates and develop talent.
