What you will do
- Fast-track NTB and enhancement credit requests, managing full end-to-end credit approval and execution for timely financing solutions and revenue generation.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities on NTBs to maximize Risk-Adjusted Return On Capital (RAROC).
- Provide transaction structuring advice within bank guidelines to deliver tailored credit solutions.
- Review and assess CIBG NTB credit applications, including financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk mitigation up to MCC/BEC levels.
- Collate stakeholder feedback to develop frameworks leveraging process re-engineering and digital technologies for shorter turnaround times.
- Engage with clients alongside RMs to understand credit needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Financial analysis and knowledge of Banking Regulations especially related to capital and liquidity.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Office.
