TL;DR

Senior Specialist - New Business Enablement (Corporate Banking): Assist in facilitative growth of portfolio assets and revenue generation, ensuring compliance with bank risk requirements with an accent on transaction structuring advice and end-to-end credit approval processes. Focus on fast-tracking NTB credit requests, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and implementing process improvements for efficiency and timely deal execution.

Location: Dubai, AE. Flexible and remote working options subject to eligibility and job requirements.

What you will do

  • Fast-track NTB and enhancement credit requests, managing full end-to-end credit approval and execution for timely financing solutions and revenue generation.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities on NTBs to maximize Risk-Adjusted Return On Capital (RAROC).
  • Provide transaction structuring advice within bank guidelines to deliver tailored credit solutions.
  • Review and assess CIBG NTB credit applications, including financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk mitigation up to MCC/BEC levels.
  • Collate stakeholder feedback to develop frameworks leveraging process re-engineering and digital technologies for shorter turnaround times.
  • Engage with clients alongside RMs to understand credit needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Banking.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Financial analysis and knowledge of Banking Regulations especially related to capital and liquidity.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Office.
