What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling phone screens and interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate complex interview logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on interview plans and timelines.
• Support recruiting operations projects, process improvements, and internal hiring reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition support experience.
• Experience coordinating interviews for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manteno, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting teams.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling organization.
