What you will do

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute complex, high-volume interview calendars across multiple business groups.
  • Draft, verify, and issue formal candidate offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Initiate and monitor pre-employment background checks and resolve discrepancies.
  • Audit the new-hire onboarding pipeline to ensure 100% compliance prior to start dates.
  • Utilize Workday Recruiting to maintain pristine candidate data integrity.
  • Onboard recruitment vendors and process talent acquisition invoices through corporate finance systems.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, HR operations, or talent acquisition coordination.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting or an equivalent tier-1 ERP platform.
  • High proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, and Canva.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing software is highly preferred.
  • Strong commitment to data accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
