What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People functions.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to improve hiring outcomes and align workforce planning with company goals.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters supporting GTM and business functions.
• Elevate the employer brand and ensure a world-class candidate experience through structured feedback and efficient processes.
• Lead the integration of AI and automation into recruiting workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and hiring quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with progressive leadership responsibility, preferably in GTM recruiting.
• Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People functions.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience with modern ATS and tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Metaview, Brighthire, Covey, and Gem.
• Must be based in the USA.
