What you will do

• Coordinate data consolidation and analysis from multiple sources to produce high-quality KPI reporting.
• Lead the Information & Knowledge Management Working Group to implement data and reporting strategies.
• Manage programme-wide risk registers and ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and UK laws.
• Maintain the Project Manual and coordinate transition and exit planning activities across the programme.
• Develop and refine reporting frameworks and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Oversee the approval, booking, and compliance of Core Team travel requests.

Requirements

• Experience in complex project delivery and communicating complex procedures to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS systems and experience creating data analysis tools, specifically Power BI.
• Experience in process and workflow improvement, policy writing, and auditing.
• Right to work in the UK and minimum 2 years residency in the UK out of the last 5 years.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a demanding, rapidly changing workload.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow configuration in low-code or no-code systems such as Salesforce or Monday.com.
• Proven experience leading improvements with a specific focus on quality management.
