Senior Account Executive (Start-ups): Drive new business acquisition, customer expansion, and renewals for Digital Native accounts in North America with an accent on consultative, technically informed selling across Security, Network, Development, and Infrastructure. Focus on building and executing a territory plan, running a consistent sales process with accurate forecasting, and negotiating contracts while positioning ’s platform (including One and Connectivity Cloud).
Location: Austin, TX or Chicago, IL
Salary: $212,000 - $292,000 (estimated annual, Illinois based hires)

What you will do
- Develop, execute, and maintain a territory plan to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quota.
- Run three sales motions: new business acquisition, customer expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and renewals.
- Build a robust sales pipeline using AE-led outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound sourcing funnels.
- Use deep technical understanding to deliver consultative sales and craft value propositions for services.
- Forecast accurately and drive commercial outcomes through the sales process, including next-step alignment and contract negotiations.
- Build long-term strategic relationships, evaluate usage trends, and coordinate internally to improve customer experience and investments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Strong B2B discovery skills and ability to tailor a client-centric “why change” narrative based on industry trends.
- Proven track record beating annual targets of $1M+ and managing complex six-figure deals.
- Experience multithreading across the C-suite and multiple stakeholders to manage complex sales cycles.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Software/system skills required (SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, MSFT suite) and a Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
