What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing Client Success Partners (CSPs) to foster accountability and strategic thinking.
- Manage portfolio performance against key metrics, including NPS, client health scores, and renewal targets.
- Develop and execute account-level strategies to maximize ROI and secure high-value outcomes for healthcare clients.
- Serve as a visible advocate for the AI platform's value proposition to stakeholders from end-users to executives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate client needs into product improvements.
- Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities by identifying new business use cases within the portfolio.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or Client Success for enterprise healthcare SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience directly managing and coaching client-facing or consulting teams.
- Deep domain knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically Perioperative Services or Patient Flow/Care Coordination.
- Expert ability to navigate complex health system structures and executive decision-making processes.
- Proven experience positioning SaaS solutions against EMR vendors such as Epic or Cerner.
- Must be based in the United States.
