Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $180,000 – $224,250 annually

What you will do

  • Establish a strategic commercial desk operating model to drive consistent deal review standards and value-based selling.
  • Define and enforce pricing guardrails, discount thresholds, and approval frameworks to reduce margin leakage.
  • Standardize licensing practices and ensure all commercial terms align with revenue recognition requirements.
  • Optimize process and SLAs for deal turnaround and reduce friction in CPQ and Salesforce workflows.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to align and communicate commercial policies.
  • Analyze deal desk friction points and provide data-driven insights to improve GTM strategy and product packaging.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Pricing, or Commercial Operations.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a people leadership role.
  • Proven experience in SaaS and subscription-based business models.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ systems, deal structuring, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
