Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

What you will do

• Assist in the planning and execution of office socials, company meet-ups, and employee trips.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including RSVPs, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, schedules, materials, and on-site operational support.
• Research and liaise with vendors to ensure quality, creativity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure all events stay within agreed budgets.
• Collect and evaluate attendee feedback to drive continuous improvement of event experiences.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the UK and currently located within the UK.
• Local to Birmingham with reliable transport links to commute to the HQ.
• Willingness to travel and provide occasional out-of-hours support (evenings and weekends).
• Creative mindset with a strong interest in event planning and employee engagement.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in planning overseas trips and coordinating complex travel logistics.
• Understanding of the video gaming industry and familiarity with gaming culture.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or administration within creative industries.
• Basic understanding of event budgeting and vendor coordination.
