What you will do

• Build and own the specialized and political demand motion from the ground up.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for political, advocacy, and issue-based advertiser categories.
• Establish and grow relationships with campaigns, PACs, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Lead early-stage deal development and close foundational partnerships.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ad Ops, Legal, and Policy teams to ensure compliant campaign execution.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team as the business scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, political advertising, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven success scaling demand in political, advocacy, or specialized verticals.
• Deep network across agencies, consultants, campaigns, and advocacy groups.
• Strong understanding of political ad buying, campaign cycles, and compliance.
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Executive presence and ability to influence internal and external partners.
