TL;DR

Senior Platform Partnership BD Manager (AdTech): Driving SMB advertiser acquisition and revenue for TikTok For Business by owning and scaling platform and API partnerships. Location: Remote (USA). Some travel is required for meetings and events.

What you will do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new platform and API partnerships with CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation providers.
  • Shepherd partners through technical onboarding and scope API integration requirements with product and engineering teams.
  • Execute joint go-to-market motions and co-marketing programs to increase monthly active advertiser counts.
  • Track and optimize partnership KPIs, including registrations, new customer acquisition, and revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate partner needs and resolve integration blockers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform partnerships, business development, or API partnership management.
  • Proven track record of closing and operationalizing partnerships.
  • API and technical fluency, including the ability to discuss integration requirements with engineers.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and SMB advertiser journeys.
  • Fluent in English and a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and listed cities).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Background in marketplace or API-first businesses.
  • Familiarity with TikTok's ad products.
  • Proficiency in an additional major European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch).
