What you will do

  • Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians to execute complex and mega projects.
  • Oversee design quality, budgets, and schedules across a portfolio of design services and EPC programs.
  • Prepare complex engineering deliverables and perform high-level engineering calculations.
  • Manage client interactions, identify key project drivers, and support business development and proposal activities.
  • Handle hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinate staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience in EPC or design services for simple and combined cycle gas turbine projects in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of the overall project lifecycle for power generation facilities.

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
  • Experience in developing engineering estimates and the proposal process.
