What you will do

  • Coordinate planning and scheduling for mechanical, electrical, and control activities across the facility.
  • Manage the work order system, including research, estimation, and tracking of maintenance equipment history.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to obtain quotes, verify scopes, and manage PO requisitions.
  • Lead daily and outage meetings to ensure project timelines and budgets are strictly followed.
  • Analyze predictive maintenance data and equipment history to anticipate plant needs and ensure environmental/safety compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the power and/or industrial plant maintenance field.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Dickerson, MD.
  • Proficiency with computer-based CMMS, P6 scheduling software, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of NBIC & ASME codes and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to meet physical demands: lift/carry 50lbs, work from heights, in confined spaces, and wear a full-face respirator.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance is preferred.
