Salary: $133,847 - $194,078

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across multiple civil and structural engineering projects.
• Review complex design plans to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external firms to identify innovative methods and materials.
• Mentor and develop engineering team members, setting goals and training priorities.
• Develop and enforce engineering metrics to enhance process efficiency and collaboration.
• Support project execution from initial proposal through final completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in civil, mechanical, or structural engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure required upon hire.
• At least 10 years of engineering leadership experience in energy or construction industries.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize team success.

Nice to have

• Experience with renewables, traditional power plants, or large industrial building design.
• Expertise in system vibration analysis of large rotating equipment.
