What you will do

• Lead structural and foundation design for large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Ensure designs comply with company, state, federal, and international building codes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to explore innovative materials and technologies to save costs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams for high-quality project execution.
• Review calculations and site plans to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering.
• 4+ years of progressive engineering experience in heavy civil, industrial, utilities, or power generation.
• Must be based in the USA to facilitate nationwide project travel.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate required; potential to become a licensed PE within 6 months preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license with emphasis on construction, geotechnical, or structural engineering.
• Experience in surveying.
