What you will do

• Manage and direct third-party design firms for electrical, civil, and structural drawings.
• Lead and coordinate design reviews involving owners and third-party personnel.
• Handle RFIs, design changes, and support commissioning and as-built documentation.
• Ensure designs meet contractual, technical, safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform overall coordination and integration of technical activities in engineering projects.
• Mentor engineers to drive technical excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil, industrial, utilities, or power generation.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time.
• EIT or FE certificate preferred; PE licensure (with emphasis on electrical) is highly preferred.
