What you will do
- Convert warm leads from marketing campaigns into paying customers through consultative phone conversations.
- Present and pitch tailored tutoring packages by identifying family needs and matching them with the right educational solutions.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including follow-ups and objection handling, while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly conversion targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Act as the primary voice of the company, building trust with families and demonstrating the impact of tutoring on educational outcomes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience, with preference for candidates familiar with UK or US markets.
- C1/C2 English proficiency is required for effective communication with international clients.
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets.
- Strong phone-based sales skills and ability to handle objections.
- Reliable home office setup including a computer with 8GB+ RAM, headset, and stable wired internet.
- Must be based in Venezuela as per the job location requirements.
