Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, New York City, Austin, or Tel Aviv)
Compensation: $150,000–$165,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and marketing program for the Learning Arc product.
- Refine PLG growth motions including activation, PQLs, and conversion playbooks.
- Architect multi-channel campaigns across email, social, events, and in-product channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate roadmap priorities into differentiated messaging.
- Drive alignment with Sales and Field teams on ABM motions and expansion programs.
- Establish measurement frameworks to guide data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in integrated, growth, or product marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of scaling category-challenging products from early traction to repeatable growth.
- Demonstrated success in building and operating hybrid self-serve and sales-led motions.
- Ability to independently design and lead complex, cross-functional marketing programs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex value propositions.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset capable of navigating ambiguity.
