TL;DR

Product Partnerships Lead (SaaS): Developing and executing commercial ISV and ecosystem strategy for an AI-powered CRM with an accent on technical alignment, integration readiness, and strategic relationship management. Focus on identifying high-impact partnerships, driving outbound development, and aligning cross-functional teams to scale the product ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $170,000 – $240,000

What you will do

  • Build and execute a commercial strategy for technology partners in close collaboration with EPD teams.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with category-defining tools to expand the product ecosystem.
  • Drive outbound partnership development through research, qualification, and deal shaping.
  • Manage inbound partnership interest using a clear qualification framework.
  • Maintain ongoing enablement, deal support, and performance tracking for strategic partners.
  • Evaluate and prioritize reseller or lead-sharing opportunities to drive scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, product, or product marketing roles.
  • Proven experience working with ISVs, integrations, or API-driven products.
  • Strong product intuition and commercial instincts regarding qualification and negotiation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in early-stage, high-growth environments.
  • Clear communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Must have the right to work in the United States.
