What you will do

• Direct and coordinate sales activities by contacting prospects and qualifying demand.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by maintaining deep industry and technical knowledge.
• Conduct high-level demonstrations and detailed presentations for prospects and partners.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and records in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Monterrey, Mexico
• 10 years of full-time experience in a customer-facing sales role
• Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas in a high-growth environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of security, PAM, or identity management software
• Relevant formal sales training
