What you will do

• Implement Advanced Planning capabilities for Demand/S&OP, Supply, and Spares Parts Planning.
• Design scalable, touch-less digital planning solutions and manage deliverables throughout the SDLC.
• Build and maintain a global template of domain-specific capabilities for 33+ plants worldwide.
• Act as a Product Manager, prioritizing the portfolio of digital supply chain programs and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor data engineers, solution architects, and product teams on modern architectural approaches and best practices.
• Standardize planning global templates and manage relevant KPIs to revolutionize end-to-end supply chain models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience implementing complex supply chain solutions in fast-growth companies.
• Deep domain expertise in demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory optimization, and manufacturing planning.
• Proven track record of end-to-end implementations using Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Kinaxis Maestro authoring and solution consultant certifications.
• Experience enabling AI/ML for supply chain use cases.
• Prior experience working within global manufacturing environments.
