Salary: $193,393 - $241,742 OTE

What you will do

• Guide CTOs and lead engineers through connecting GitHub and GitLab repositories to Novus for autonomous instrumentation.
• Drive high-velocity adoption by using Signals to surface product friction and advising teams on growth opportunities.
• Identify technical expansion paths to validate broader hirify.global platform adoption, including Orchestrate and Mobile capabilities.
• Develop the Novus Implementation Framework and document best practices for repository structures and complex SPA architectures.
• Act as a primary field-to-product feedback loop, partnering with AI and Engineering teams to improve agent accuracy across tech stacks.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Customer Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or TAM.
• Deep proficiency with Git workflows, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Working understanding of or strong demonstrated passion for LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for both developers and executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in the USA to comply with the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol or AI-driven developer tools.
• Experience supporting startups or mid-market customers in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Expertise in complex single-page application (SPA) architectures.
• Experience developing technical playbooks or implementation frameworks for new products.
