UX/UI Design Engineer

If you like to work at the intersection of design & code, we are looking for you! Specifically, we are looking for an experienced design engineer with the following profile:

• 4+ years of experiencein frontend development, product design, or UI/UX- 👥 2+ years working on a collaborative team
• ✨ You have a strong eye for design and know how the to create
• modern, polished interfaces- 🔍 You care deeply about
• pixel-perfect user experiences- 🧑💻 You know your way around
• CSS and JavaScript- You are comfortable implementing components directly in the codebase
• 💡You will
• own and evolve Mabyduck‘s design language, building design systems and ensuring consistency across our apps- 🔨 You
• value consistency and simplicityover specific tools or frameworks. Our current tech stack includes:- Typescript
• htmx
• Bootstrap
• Docker
• Selenium
• Python
• Django
• 🇬🇧 You have the right to work in the UK and are able to work from our London or Bristol office at least 1 day/week

🦆 Mabyduck is an early-stage company and a platform for evaluating AI-generated content. Startups, academics, and large enterprises rely on our services to measure the quality of audio, images, video, and beyond. We design studies in which paid participants provide feedback on content, and develop technology to make that process as easy and efficient as possible. We’re a small team of researchers and engineers who value low ego and high agency.

Pay:

£70k - £85k + equity, depending on experience
