What you will do

• Implement UI features including 2D/3D layouts, menu flows, animations, AR, and HUDs.
• Use visual programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or C++) to build UI logic.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and artists to align features with technical and accessibility standards.
• Ensure interfaces perform optimally across platforms without frame drops.
• Perform rapid prototyping to test and validate design concepts.
• Debug and maintain UI systems throughout the production cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional game development experience working with game engines.
• Proven experience implementing UI screens, widgets, and data flows.
• Strong background in rapid prototyping and taking features from concept to completion.
• Experience polishing features to AAA quality standards.
• Ability to work on-site in the UK 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Frostbite or Unity engines.
• Familiarity with UI systems like ImGui, WPF, or Qt.
