What you will do

• Iterate on defined UX concepts and components using wireframes, prototypes, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to understand user needs and implement basic User-Centered Design (UCD) solutions.
• Work closely with visual designers and web developers to ensure the final UX is implemented as designed.
• Use data from analytics packages and customer insights to establish key metrics and iterate designs.
• Participate in weekly design critiques and methodology discussions to improve team skills and product maturity.
• Develop new design patterns while working within existing frameworks and style guides.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in UX design.
• Intermediate proficiency with design software including Axure, Sketch, and InVision.
• Familiarity with customer frameworks such as Jobs To Be Done, personas, and journey maps.
• Strong ability to articulate design rationale and concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Understanding of the nuances of designing for different platforms.
