TL;DR

Senior Brand Designer (EdTech): Leading the visual identity and creative execution for a fast-growing EdTech brand with an accent on high-converting marketing assets and brand consistency. Focus on scaling creative output, integrating generative AI into design workflows, and managing end-to-end design projects across digital and print channels.

Location: Must be based in Germany or the UK, with a preference for proximity to Munich, Berlin, or London hubs.

Salary: €51,000–€64,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end design execution and prioritization for all marketing and commercial channels.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of the visual brand identity, ensuring aesthetic quality and consistency.
  • Lead the conceptualization and visual identity for major campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Produce high-converting assets for performance marketing, CRM, web, and B2B materials.
  • Provide art direction and coordination for external freelance talent to scale creative output.
  • Integrate generative AI and advanced design tools to accelerate production and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand or creative design within a B2C environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with a strong portfolio in digital, motion, and print.
  • Proven ability to prioritize in a project-heavy environment while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and design for conversion.
  • English proficiency at C1+ level for stakeholder management and communication.

  • Experience as a pioneer in the AI space, leveraging generative tools for operational automation and team mentorship.
