Location: Must be based in Germany or the UK, with a preference for proximity to Munich, Berlin, or London hubs.
Salary: €51,000–€64,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end design execution and prioritization for all marketing and commercial channels.
- Serve as the primary custodian of the visual brand identity, ensuring aesthetic quality and consistency.
- Lead the conceptualization and visual identity for major campaigns and seasonal events.
- Produce high-converting assets for performance marketing, CRM, web, and B2B materials.
- Provide art direction and coordination for external freelance talent to scale creative output.
- Integrate generative AI and advanced design tools to accelerate production and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand or creative design within a B2C environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with a strong portfolio in digital, motion, and print.
- Proven ability to prioritize in a project-heavy environment while maintaining high creative standards.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and design for conversion.
- English proficiency at C1+ level for stakeholder management and communication.

Hiring process
