What you will do

• Manage and grow a book of business by selling new products and services to existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients, consultants, and brokers.
• Develop and execute business plans to enhance profitability and membership retention.
• Lead internal partners, including clinical and analytics teams, to deliver comprehensive client strategies.
• Conduct routine service calls and advocate for escalated service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales projections, finalize rates, and lead renewal presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Account or Client Management experience.
• Must hold or obtain State Producer License for Life, Accident & Health within 45 days of hire.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment within Pennsylvania.
• Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and influence stakeholders.
