What you will do

• Manage customer satisfaction and retention for assigned clients.
• Build trusting relationships with client operational leadership.
• Apply cross-functional project management to resolve escalated client issues.
• Identify product gaps by conducting business impact assessments and managing client expectations.
• Perform reporting and data analysis based on client and team requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of account or relationship management experience in the healthcare space.
• Working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits.
• Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills with expert conflict resolution abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and based in the US to align with healthcare system and benefits (401k, US Health Insurance).
