What you will do

• Manage creative projects from kickoff to delivery, owning coordination and execution within Asana.
• Identify and remove operational barriers to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination across internal and external teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Lead briefing sessions and delegate work based on team bandwidth and skill sets.
• Track project timelines and milestones, proactively addressing risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within a digital marketing agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and Airtable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified US states.
