What you will do

• Lead development and execution of operational roadmap for healthcare initiatives aligned to business priorities and franchise needs.
• Own delivery of complex cross-functional projects using agile methodologies, managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Act as SME for operations, incentive payments, and program enablement, partnering with Tech, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Brands.
• Track financials, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
• Develop executive reporting, status updates, and franchise communications.
• Lead direct reports, foster accountability, and support cross-brand collaboration.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Woodbury, MN (or other offices) with required on-site days.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations, project/program management with ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Advanced expertise in project tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills to translate data into insights; experience in franchise/healthcare preferred.
